Terry has over 20 years of sales management and marketing experience in various industries.  Most recently Terry was a sales manager for Level 3 Communications in Wichita, Kansas. 

In his prior position as sales manager for Cox Business Services, Terry provided leadership and management in launching phone service as well as increasing the high speed Internet revenue.  He took over a city that just launched high speed Internet to the business market and turned it into one of the major contributors of new revenue to Cox Business Services.

Prior to Cox Business Services, Terry was a director of sales for Alltel where he managed the retail channel for eastern Kansas.  Terry was sales manager for Kansas Cellular, where he managed and developed the south central Kansas market before the sale of Kansas Cellular to Alltel.  During his tenure, Terry was responsible for opening up new retail offices in Great Bend and Winfield, Kansas. Upon completion of the sale of Kansas Cellular to Alltel, Terry received his promotion as director of sales.

Before joining Kansas Cellular,Terry served as regional marketing director for Omnipoint Communications, where he was responsible of marketing the launch of a PCS wireless network in Wichita. Before his tenure with Omnipoint Communications, Mr. Bieberly served as marketing coordinator for Bunting Magnetics, Co. in Newton, Kansas.  Terry was responsible for the development of several marketing projects as well as maintaining and developing the company's lead qualification system.

Over the years Terry has spoken to several groups including the WIBA and the Kansas Department of Health on issues such as best sales practices and on disaster recovery and business continuity plans relating to small business.

At Kansas State University Terry received a Bachelor of Science in Secondary Education followed by a Masters Degee in Political Science from Fort Hays State University.   He is certified in THE GROWTH COACH® process and The Strategic Mindset® system.  Terry enjoys following Kansas State athletics in his spare time.

Terry resides in Colwich, Kansas with his wife Stephanie and daughters Traci, Abby, and Mattie.

Terry’s interests outside of coaching include activities surrounding Kansas State University athletics. During the fall you can find Terry traveling to Manhattan, KS to watch his alma mater on the gridiron. The game of basketball has been a passion of Terry’s since his days growing up in Liberal, KS. Terry spends many hours on the Internet following the basketball developments for Kansas State.

 

Recently Terry has developed an additional interest surrounding his 12 year old daughter, Mattie. Many weekends are spent observing and encouraging Mattie on her competitive swimming activities in meets all over the state of Kansas.

 

Spending over 10 years in the telecommunication and data industries, Terry has developed an interest on keeping up-to-date on the latest technology developments. His knowledge in this field is greatly appreciated by his clients. Terry’s other interest includes on-going education by reading books and attending seminars on topics such as sales and personal development.
